We’re excited to offer an exclusive allocation request for two sought-after domaines—Domaine Lamy-Caillat and Domaine Lamy-Pillot—brought together by their shared winemaker and a deep commitment to terroir-driven Burgundy.
Domaine Lamy-Caillat is a hidden gem of Chassagne-Montrachet, founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife team Sébastien Caillat and Florence Lamy. Their micro-domaine began with just 1.2 hectares of vines, producing wines that rival any in the region. Florence is the daughter of René Lamy, and together with Sébastien, they also manage her family's estate, Domaine Lamy-Pillot. Established in 1975 by René Lamy and Thérèse Pillot, Lamy-Pillot spans approximately 16 hectares across renowned appellations such as Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Santenay, Meursault, and Beaune. The domaine remains a family affair, with Florence and Sébastien, alongside Florence's sister Karine and her husband Daniel, overseeing all operations from vineyard management to winemaking. This close-knit approach ensures that each wine reflects the family's dedication to quality and authenticity.
This is a rare opportunity to secure wines from both domaines in a single request. çç
